ATHENS IMPACT
SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENTS
MEET THE TEAM
Michelle Wilson, AIF™
Financial Planner

Michelle lives in Athens and enjoys spending time with her partner, Gil, and being near her children and their families. Her goal is to have a self-sustainable lifestyle by the time she retires. After years in corporate banking, Michelle came to the realization that finding peace in retirement doesn't mean having the most money; it means surrounding yourself with nature, community, and those you love. Money is simply a tool to help us accomplish the things we find important. Michelle is happy that with Athens Impact, she is doing something that matters and makes a difference in the world.
Experience
Michelle Wilson is an independent, fee-only fiduciary who has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry. She founded Athens Impact to deliver a comprehensive wealth management experience to clients focused on ethically and socially responsible investing principles. Her new office is located right next to Village Bakery.
Education
She earned her Accredited Investment Fiduciary® certification and is one of the few Chartered Socially Responsible Investment Counselor® certification holders in the State of Ohio and West Virginia. She earned the FINRA series 7 and 66 licenses and has completed her Masters in Financial Planning.
Teresa (Tree) Wilson
Marketing Director

Tree has been working at Athens Impact since the beginning! She helps with business marketing, social media, and this website. She earned her Bachelors at Ohio University in Integrated Healthcare. She's the BEST! (She also wrote this...) Tree lives in a tiny house on a farm. At home, she spends time walking with her partner Trendal and her dogs. In her free time she loves oil painting, meditating, and learning about nature's medicines.
Holly Fitch
Administrative Assistant

Holly works in the front office several days a week and her smile may be the first thing you see if you drop in. She helps set appointments, fills out paperwork, and is helping us transition to a paperless system. In addition to her time at Athens Impact, she is a yoga teacher and a co-manager of Athens Yoga. When asked what she does in her free time, she said, "I enjoy time with my family, walks with my dog, tending to my garden and burying my nose in a good book." We are thrilled to have her here.
